Sexual Impurity
I think sexual impurity stains our souls like an oil spill on a cloth. It is so damaging to our souls that it can never be fully erased. It is so prevalent now in our western society that most of us have fallen victim to this sin.
Don't loose hope. Never loose hope in Jesus Christ.
1. Jesus gave us confessions. The more you go the more God will pour grace into you soul so you can defend yourself against whatever sexual impurity plagues your soul.
2. Jesus told a parable about the vineyard workers and their pay. The workers who came at the end of the day got the same wage as the workers who started early in the morning. For me this is about Jesus saying that at what ever hour you ask for forgiveness e.g. your deathbed I will forgive you. Jesus knows that sins of the flesh are extremely hard to overcome and that is why his mercy is open to us right up to our last breath.

Deep abyss of mercy, I beg of thee, in memory of they Wounds which penetrated to the very marrow of they bones and to the depth of they being, to draw me, a miserable sinner, overwhelmed by my offenses, away from sin and to hide me from thy face justly irritated against me, hide me in they wounds, until they anger and just indignation shall have passes away. 5. Say the Rosary and especially the 15 decades on the mysteries of Jesus Passion
6. Jesus I trust in you. Pray to the Divine Mercy and have a picture of the Divine Mercy blessed and hanging in your House. Anyone who venerates the image of the Divine Mercy will not perish in the fires of Hell.
7. Say: Jesus, exhaust your mercy on me, a miserable sinner. I beg of you do not let me miss Heaven.
8. Where our Lady's Scapular. This devotion stands next to the Rosary in its graces.
9. Pray to St Michael the guardian of all men's souls. Pray to St Raphael for healthy mind and body. Pray to St Jude, St Philomena, St Lucy and St Mary Magdalene.
10. Pray before the Blessed Eucharist once every week for 1 hour if you can. If you love Jesus and want to be his best friend then you must spend time with him!
11. Fast, Fast, Fast. Some sins can only be broken by fasting! DO NOT EAT. DENY YOUR BODY! The power of fasting is truly amazing in helping us fight our own passions and the influence of the Devil.
12. Too much of anything is bad for our passions and it can awaken them beyond our control. To much material wealth is behind many of our problems today. Mother Theresa once said that the west is materially rich but spiritually poor.
